solo con eso. Pero la realidad es muy distinta. El desarrollo muscular no depende \u00fanicamente del entrenamiento, sino del <strong data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"611\">entorno metab\u00f3lico que mantienes durante las 24 horas del d\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"614\" data-end=\"815\">El verdadero progreso ocurre cuando consigues que tu cuerpo permanezca el mayor tiempo posible en un <strong data-start=\"715\" Sin embargo, el m\u00fasculo se construye:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1527\">\n<li data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1451\">\n<p data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1451\">Entre comidas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1452\" data-end=\"1475\">\n<p data-start=\"1454\" data-end=\"1475\">Durante el descanso<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1476\" data-end=\"1496\">\n<p data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1496\">Mientras duermes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1527\">\n<p data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1527\">En los d\u00edas de menor carga<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1529\" data-end=\"1676\">Si el cuerpo pasa demasiadas horas en d\u00e9ficit nutricional o bajo estr\u00e9s, entra en <strong data-start=\"1611\"
